#### Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS)

##### Infrastructure as a service (IaaS) is a form of cloud computing that provides virtualized computing resources over the internet.

#### Colocation - Private Cloud

##### With colocation, your own servers, networking equipment, software and rack space all reside in a datacenter.

![public cloud](https://www.10gig-it.com/hs-fs/hubfs/public%20cloud.jpg?width=388&height=194&name=public%20cloud.jpg "public cloud")

#### Public Cloud - Azure, AWS

##### A public cloud is computing services offered by third-party providers. They provide on-demand resources, allowing you only pay per usage for the CPU cycles, storage or bandwidth consumed.

![Backup as a Service (Baas)](https://www.10gig-it.com/hs-fs/hubfs/baas.jpg?width=388&height=194&name=baas.jpg "Backup as a Service (Baas)")

#### Backup as a Service (Baas)

##### Backup-as-a-Service (BaaS)  is an approach to backing up data to an online data backup service provider. BaaS may be used when an organisation has outgrown its legacy storage backup and would have to go through a costly upgrade, or lacks the resources for on-premises, high-level backup.
